How do I ensure that I will stay within my budget?
Before starting any project, you can request a written proposal with exactly what will be accomplished to complete the project. We make every effort to ensure that the initial quote we provide covers all the services you require.
Who owns the rights to any design work?
Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the graphic designer retains the right to his or her creations. When designing a work for a client, the designer is selling specific rights to use it. Copyright laws protect against additional use without proper compensation or agreement.
Can you handle rush orders?
I always strive to meet project timelines and to exceed my client’s expectations. Rush orders are welcome, within reason, and will be delivered per clients needs.
How do I receive my final artwork?
Upon final approval, we will send you the completed files via email or hardcopy, and we also have websites available live on the Internet for review.
